Wimbledon 2009

Hi guys and gals, the Wimbledon Open 2009 begins today! Rafael Nadal drop a bombshell saying that he won't be defending his title this year due to injury to his knee. Roger Federer will have his chance to claw back to the top of the ATP rankings. Local favourite, Andy Murray will also seek this opportunity to win his first major and also the first Britist man to win the Wimbledon crown since Fred Perry. It is an uphill task for Murray still as he could meet Roger Federer in the final. It would be an interesting match to watch after an epic final in last year's Wimbledon.
